Then they would have their reps/telemarketers listen to messages that are requesting early meetings - thus efficiently wasting their time and money as well - payback!! Called my unlisted cell phone number in the 214 area code (Dallas). I let it go to voicemail since I didn't recognize the number. It was a pre-recorded message saying that I won a western Caribbean cruise, and said to press 1 to claim the prize. Area code 301 is western Maryland.
I am also from 707 area code. That number called my work cell phone number, but when I answered the call, there was no response. I used my work desk phone to call back the number and it was a messaging system for a marketing Firm which I think they said was the promotional offices for WestStar Marketing. It had options to select if you recived a call about being selected for a promotional vacation package for Texas and California. I did nothing else.
