Our house also out of the blue is having the same problem has yours. Only I called them ( wife) they would not talk to me. I ran my husband's credit
reports he is okay. We have nothing. I called our lawyers who handle our case for us. A few years back they cannot see anything either. They do have the wrong person. I wonder and figured what they did to you about the prove is rediculious. So Aviatrix give us some good news what did you do? Athene

Called twice yesterday using my last name and someone elses first name.
They told my wife the subject was "personal". when I called them back, they said they would stop calling within 48 hours. I asked why they were calling my number and they said they could not divulge that. It was "personal business"
They call constantly. I haven't answered b/c I didn't recognize the number. I don't intend to answer but wish they'd stop the harrassment. Now that I know it is a collection agency, I believe they are trying to get me to pay a debt from when my ex-spouse claimed bankrupt after we were divorced. They seem to think I'm responsible for those debts not paid due to his bankruptcy. I've been divorced since 1990!
