Just received a call from this number. It said "Out Of Area" and the voice on the phone sounded very realistic but I had a hunch that it was a robot. The voice sounded too clear to me. That may sound strange but think about it a little bit. The call was being recorded (as said by the voice) and I still think its a scam. The caller (aka Robot) said it was the American Veterans Association but then again, why does it say "Out of Area" on the caller ID instead of something like a call center name or "AVA" or something. The robot seems to be programed with some sort of speech recognition software and so the voice on the other end may sound very human.
