I just got a call from 1-310-890-5215. The caller did not leave a name, so I called back and I got a woman's voice on an answering machine. I can
safely assume now that the woman is selling something. Today is Halloween
in 2009, so it looks like this caller has been bothering people for quite some time.
I get calls from this number at least once a week. The caller ID says D Basinger, and the free reverse lookup for MD says it is a phone located in Beltsville MD. Have no idea who it is either.

I, too, have now received a call from D. Basinger, who triggered the voicemail, but did not leave a message. Perhaps this should be reported to the FTC's do not call complaint line?
