Keep getting calls saying he is an officer for IRS and I need to call back immediately. If I don't call back he wishes me luck cause I have been warned
I just spoke with this officer Jon Parker and he stated i had charges against me made by the IRS for underpaid taxes What??? he even read me my mailing address. I think something screwy's going on.
There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers on both Canadian and USA residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.
