I received a text (at 1am on a Saturday night, no less) about an iPad. I work for a company that sends out mass-texts and legally, the text has to say who it's from, and it has to have a 'reply STOP to opt-out' message in it. The text I received had neither. I put the number into the WhitePages.com reverse number search, and it's a cell from MD.
