Must have gotten name and number from an on line pharmacy (funny, I just told them if they call again I'll call the Feds). When I called back as my lawyer, they hung up, quickly. Scam? Duh. Get the real Feds to do anything about? No, too busy keeping us safe from terrorists.

This is a SCAM to get money from you. FDA NEVER asks for money! You should report the person (name, phone number given, phone number called from) to FDA (1-800-835-4709 and ask for Consumer Affairs). They will make sure the information is forwarded to the appropriate office.
