Robo dialed call ( delay after I said hello before agent came online). Caller ID displayed "Nichols E". Since call was local and I know people with that name I answered. Caller with foreign accent said his name was "Steve" and he was calling for Solar America. Asked how I was. I asked why he was making illegal phone calls. Then told him he was making an illegal sales call to a DNC listed number. He said he was sorry but didn't that. I told him it was his job to know who was on the DNC list and he could be fined $16,000 for each illegal call. He said he knew that and again said he was sorry at which point I hung up on him. Caller ID probably spoofed.
