We have gotten calls also from this soliciting money for a political campaign. This call originates from Kensington, MD and is registerd to a Francis Colville. It is a land line but obviously is only set up to dial out. Call cannot be returned as a message says it is not in service. Very annoying. Possible scam.

I get calls from this number 4-5 times per week. I never answer and they never leave a message. I have no idea who this is but I thought the "National Do Not Call Registry" was supposed to stop this kind of nonsense.
