Received a call from (301) 946-2115. I answered and said “Hello” three times. The line then clicked and went blank. I immediately called back and they answered with the company name (which was on my caller ID) and I spoke to a male with a foreign accent who tried to play games with me, asking for my phone number. I told him the phone number was the one on his caller ID. He said, "What are you talking about? I have 600 other people around me...I don't know from one number." I told him I had the number and he then said, "Wait just a moment..." but he remained on the line as I could hear background noise. When I told him I don’t owe anybody anything and that I was hung up on when I originally got the call I must have pissed him off because all I then heard was a tone and the phone began ringing again (like he transferred the call.) The line then went dead. I called right back and got another male also with a foreign accent and he also tried to play the phone number game with me. When I got no response from him after I told him it was the same number on his Caller ID, I said "Hello....Hello" to which he replied, “I am here”. I told him I wanted my phone number taken off their list. He said “I have already done that.” I asked him what the number was and he read back my home phone number. I then asked who his debtor was (in case they called back again) and all I then heard was the same tone as with the previous operator and the phone began ringing again (like he transferred the call.) The line then went dead, just like before. What a bunch of zombie collector jerks! I only answered the phone to mess with them since I get a lot of these calls (having a common name). This company called me 54 times with other phone numbers (never answered but instead blocked with Google Voice) between 11/01/2011 and 12/01/2011. Nothing since then until today...here we go again?
