This number in Oxon Hill, Maryland called to tell me that the IRS was in the process of suing me and that I needed to call them back right away. I called THIS number back and someone answered as some kind of internet service. I called again and they hung up. I called once more and the IRS man came on and I told him that I received a call from the IRS on this number. He wanted my name so he could look me up. I said no, you are a bunch of scammers. Hung up and blocked.

I just received the call as well. They claim to have conducted an IRS Audit from 2000-2205 and they want you pay $1000 and to drive to Target to make payment, They will not take payment through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (online) only from Target???? They alsowant you to stay on the telephone line the entire time you drive to Target.
Voice Mail message left by a female-sounding robo-voice' saying IRS has filed a case against me and I should call 301-971-0107 immediately. Dismissed it as the scam I'm sure it is.
