Received a call from this number on my cellphone. No name on caller ID and not a number I recognise so I hit ignore. They left a voicemail stating there were representing a real estate agent and were calling about a distressed property that may be going into foreclosure at a location I know nothing about. It sounded like they thought they were leaving a message for the property owner but did not mention the owner's name and it is not me. Requested a call back to the real estate agent if interested in assistance selling or staying in the property. I am assuming they just misdialed. Doing a search on this number brings up a activerain.trullia.com website for Q & Q Mortgage and Lending in Bowie, MD. None of the sections for their qualifications as a lender are filled out so anyone who does search on this number would be a fool to contact them for mortgage help.
