Who called from 3020594744

This number keeps calling my cell phone every week and I do not know who this is or if it's really even a real number.

"059 is an Invalid Prefix in area code 302"

Been getting calls from this 'bogus' number every week for some time.  Never answered, nor know who/what it is about????

This number called my phone - I think it is Sirrius.  I purchased a new Nissan in January and I have had repeated calls from Sirrius Satelite Radio trying to get me to subscribe.  They call from various area codes.  I have asked several times that they stop calling me but they continue to call my home number and my mobile number twice daily.
