Who called from 3021756482

I have no idea who this caller is but I cannot find them on anything. As far as I see, there is no 302-175. There is no prefix in Delaware for that number. I answered and got nothing but static and in and out garbled english of what sounded to be a little boy or girl about age 5 or 6. The weird thing is, the only thing I could make out was, "Mama." Rather freaky if you ask me. I kept saying hello after whatever it was speaking, and got no static, no clicking, no breathing.....no nothing. Let me know if any of you people have gotten a call from this number and what was said.

Received this call and there was no message left. Delaware does not have a 175 exchange

I received a call from this number, no message was left as I wasn't home to answer the call.

I tried calling the number back.  It says the number has been disconnected or doesn't exist.  WTF!!!
