Who called from 3022121325

I'm getting calls from them too and have blocked them also but they can still call.  How is that possible?

asked them to stop calling and they keep calling. Am on the do not call list.

Calls 5/6 times a day. No real person  when you try fir real person hangs up

for the last month I have received multiple calls a day. The last few days I have received 8 to 9 a day sometimes just a few minutes apart. I do not answer the call and no message is left. This is to the point of frustrating. I have registered with do not call and have been reporting this everyday. I have a flip phone so I dont believe I can block it. Any thoughts.

This number has several times in the past couple days. I tried answering it once and there was no one there. I have now blocked the number.
