been receiving repeated no message left calls from this number with only "QVD" on caller id; also for over two years from another number only two digits up, 302-213-4028, with "Veterans Now" on caller id.  When answered this one, they want donations with a credit card number and do not easily take no for an answer so I have had to hang up on them every time despite trying to politely tell them no cuz up until finding this website today to look up yet a third number with caller id of BCFA, I had no idea about spoofing!  Thanks for the enlightening education!
