Something about credit cards not passing savings on to contractors. Not a contractor, soooo.

Caller ID listed "Better Merchant". Voice mail was left stating that they could lower my credit card processing fees. They keep calling from different numbers. Blocked once again.

I have gotten two calls from this number recently. It sounds like a fax or modem when I answer.
