Who called from 3022323097

I have at least 3 calls a day from this number.  Some very early in the morning and some late at night after 10pm.   I never answer.  Today I tried calling back and there is a recorded message with the option of pressing #6 to be removed from their calling list.  I will wait and see if this works ....If not I am going to file a complaint against this number through donotcall.gov

I did answer the phone and after a short pause, a recorded message said, "this is (listed a bunch of numbers) outreach."  Then the phone was disconnected....

receive a number of calls from 302-232-3097 all hours of the day and night they need to be stopped.

Called and said they were from the Fraternal Order of Police.  Doubt it though it was a local telephone number.
