Have been calling me for a week now. Said they are a mediation group and that I needed to pay them 570.00 dollars for a payday loan that was not mine. I ask them to send me the information and they stated they could not. They told me they were going to take me to civil court and to criminal court. I called the BBB and the FDCA and was told this was a scam. When I refused to pay them the caller stated that they were going to send my message to their attorney and I could just go to court. The man was American and would not let me talk. I told him that if I owed a bill I would pay it but they needed to send me the proof by certified mail. This made him really mad. He hung up on me. His name was Herbert Carlye and the numbers they 302-241-0028,302-241-0034, 302-241-0026. Please post if anyone has gotten any calls from this number.
