I was getting the same messages from this Eric Harwood. He would call my work & my cell. Stating he talked to my H.R. rep & my boss & he was starting proceddings to take money from my checks. Needless to say after I checked he is a scammer & on October 5th I turned him over to the Federal Trade Commision & haven't heard from him since.
Yes, a john called saying they were processing a claim for a loan I took out and never repayed. Problem is I didn't take out a loan and his info was not correct. Scam. Beware
Receiving calls from Eric hardwood at the listed number saying I am going to have a civil lawsuit for depository fraud and check deception, Eric says he is with the civil courts and I need to call back to discuss this before they process this. He leaves no other info and I live in St. Louis and this number is out of state. Do I need to be worried? Is this a scam? I don't have deposits unless it is my paycheck and I only write rent checks and these are good checks.
