Caller was calling for someone else, the company conducted a search and determined the person, they were looking for was a relative of mine therefore called my number asking that I make contact with the person they called for, the lady advised she was from SMC and a claim had been filed in regards to the person she called for and their social was used. Advised not to call my number for anyone else.

I just received a call from this number about a civil action. They could tell me nothing about it just that it was mine. I ask them to not call me again.
