We got a call from this number. The person behind it called himself "John Wilson". He is supposedly from the Criminal Investigation Division and he gave his ID #15938. He said to call back at 302-241-7701, but when we called the first time, he hung up. We called right after and it went to an automated message of the person being unavailable. He had a very strong Chinese/Filipino accent.
