I also received a call from this number and they hung up on me. I decided  to call them and got "Kristy" a customer service representative for an energy company. She is selling electric at a cheaper rate. She is calling from Texas.

Another interrupting marketeer calling to sell something.  Just don't answer.....so annoying!!!!

The caller wanted to talk to the person who handles the Delmarva bill.

Wanted my Delmarva accoiunt number to switch me to a lower rate plan with their company.  Asked him to send me information by mail for email.  Refused.  and hung up
