Oh, and no "proof of Insurance" till the next day, WHY? They can't put the dates on the copy? It doesn't compute.
After six months, I never want to do buisness with this stupid company "out of Delaware" again. I hope I don't have any problems, because I already know, they'll be a bunch of jerks if I have to call them even once.
21st Century (I think) once again unnecessarily asking for my "current odometer reading" and stating that a form will be sent to me within 10 days. The last time they did this was 6 months ago, 2 weeks after a claims adjuster already took down the info.
Since they haven't canceled my insurance, I will assume they are only looking for a reason to increase my rates. Buh bye!

I got a call today from this number and nobody spoke. Seeing what prior messages say i can see it was 21st Century now - as i called their 800/877 customer service 3 times today and after waiting ~5' each time, they cut me off.
Without being able to contact them or an agent - i decided to review/edit my online account profile number and sent them the news... that i am cancelling them and i will not renew the policy. In addition, i disabled the automatic monthly debit/charge and fully erased my bank account details from the profile page. I still have no confirmation of my decision but i am notifying my bank to block them just in case - therefore, it seems that this call was/may be "a follow up call..."
