It's ATT looking to speak to the person who makes the decisions on telephone service. If you pick up when they call and don't say anything, a person will come on the line and ask the above question.

It is not really ATT. They said they are ATT but could not supply me with any of our accounts information.

get at least 2 to 4 calls a day from this unassigned number on our business line. annoying beyond belief. how can I stop this?
