Sorry for all the grammar mistakes. I was just typing too fast. These are probably data hacking calls thats why there is no one on the other side speaking. They are just hacking your phone numbers to increase the business and bill calls to your bill so they don't have to pay a large phone bill. Business phones do not have umlimited calling features like personal landline and cell phone.
File a police report and then an annoyance complaint with the phone company so you can get a trap on your line and the police can then file charges against them. The phone company will only release the callers information to the police department. You will need a police case number for the phone company to officially trap the caller.Each time the call comes in the phone company ask you to hit a code in the phone and the call is traced authomaticly.
They have called 10 times today, so sick of it, it's probably those [***] selling "work from home and get rich for only $97", I backed out of their site, but apparently left my phone, ooops, obvious scam
