This person have a house for rent in oregon.and he said he's out off town so I told him to provide his info.this the number he give me..the house he have for rent is very cheap including the deposit.its to good to be true..I think its a scam..
This man who calls himself Paul Peck Stone responded to an email I sent regarding a rental home in Washington. He said he decided to try renting it on his own instead of the property management. He lowered the rent considerably too good to be true. I left a message with the rental agency to try and confirm. But this man also said he was out of state big red flag.

Same issue as all here. Person is renting a home in Arizona but it "out of town" to work on some Aids charity. He also claimed he decided to lower cost and not go with a Realtor. It is SUCH a scam. Do not give this person $$$!!!
