I received an email with this number in the callback information -
Kawal Jeet
(Technical Resource Specialist)
In-Time Infotech, Inc
..............time matters
39962 Cedar Blvd., Ste 185, Newark, CA 94560-5362
Phone : 302-269-0344 x 138
Fax : 650-396-4319
Email :

URL : www.intime-info.com
did a bit of research and found -
the supposed office location is a UPS Store, so Suite 185 there is most likely a rental mailbox -
https://newark-ca-3363.theupsstorelocal.com/
although the "office" is in California, the contact telephone is a Delaware area code -
XO Communications is the carrier for this number (they specialize in VoIP) and the caller name information is "BACKBONE COMMUN"
I have serious doubts as to whether the person at that number would even be physically located in the U.S.
the "fax" number belongs to J2 Global, a company which offers fax to email service (you send fax, recipient gets it as email - anywhere!)
http://www.j2global.com/
the website www.intime-info.com is hosted by GoDaddy and "privately registered' which means the actual ownership and contact information for the site is hidden by a proxy company - could be any individual or company located anywhere
while this might be a legitimate company offering employment placement services (I smile and chuckle), my advice would be to steer clear of anything to do with it.
Hope this info helps someone -
