Idiots called and didn't say anything. I could hear the noise of the call center and even spoke up to give them a better chance to hear me, but when they didn't respond I hung up and googled the number. I hope they call back, I'm bored and feel like messing with them. :D
same B.S, as lordjim above - this happened due to registering a domain name aand hosting with a low ball hosting provider. so if your getting these calls its probably because of that.
Same as myself. I registered a name at GoDaddy and got hosting at MDDhosting on March 27th. Call must have looked up my whois or is listing in on my purchase. AS a solution I will take ScamTrax.com and turn it into a domain name whois protection service, first for myself and my portfolio and then for everyone. I found clients of my own 10Wraps.com domain name service which is a reseller of ResellersClub hit a client with 65 emails for website production and some including lies that they needed to move their domain because something went wrong and they wanted $65 for that. Luckily I was managing the account for a techno-illiterate because his small mind would have exploded in fear.
Got a call from these motherless goats at 6:30 in the morning while I was still dreaming of paradise. Didn't leave a message. Going on the BLOCK list!!!
