No clue who's calling.  No message left.  They call pretty frequently.  Apparently from Delaware.  I did find this information on the government "do not call" website.... Do Not Call Registry prohibits sales calls. You still may receive political calls, charitable calls, debt collection calls, informational calls, and telephone survey calls.
