It appears this number is being used by an unscrupulous debt collector who buys old debts then harasses friends and relatives of debtor in an attempt to collect old debts (this sounds like a willful violation of the law). Please call the Federal Trade Commission. This individual (company) seems willing to violate the Fair Credit Collection AND reporting act.
