How about responding to requests of providing financial documents proving this loan is accurate, or put it in writting as customers request.......No writing, no calls Also note, if you call back never available and who ever answers treats you like your an idiot!
It is so stupid. I do not know the person Mr. Johnson and Naviant is insisting is at our number. "Calls will continue daily for (person I don't know) at this number." Um, if he does not live here and we don't know him, how is that going to help. Calling daily, HMMM, harrasment? I think so. Not going to answer, ever.
