Who called from 3022893234

Got a call from this number I don't recognize and uncharacteristically decided to answer it. The line was hung up as soon as I said "hello".

telemarketer  ............ just hang up

The call came in around 7 pm. I didn't answer. It looked like a local number (local area code). I almost thought it was the number for a friend of mine.

Anyway, I (stupidly?) called the number back several hours later (9:30 pm). Amazingly it was a working number. A pre-recorded message immediately started: I'm sorry, our office is now closed. Please call again M-F between 7 am and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Hmm ... the area code is for Delaware ...

Now this number is calling me. They all seem to call me. I have learned that even though it is a local number, it is still a scam, so I did not answer and of course they did not leave a message. On to block.......
