It is a recorded call that only picks up after your second hello. I suspect that is related to another scam from a few years ago which was also TCG New Jersey Inc. and had the number 302-477-7777. Only at that time they did not use recorded messages. Apparently a number of people over a few years time complained about their aggressive calls. Again, I speculate this is the same company that just revamped the way they do business so that you can't speak with a representative and therefore can't tell them to put your name on the do not call list. You also cannot connect with someone when you attempt to call the number back. They seem to be targeting seniors.
Called this morning and left message that a medical alert system had been paid for and had free shipping and all I had to do was press 1 now to receive the system. Repeated this again and said it was free, had already been paid for by a relative. Then the fool said, press 5 to decline this shipment. Obvious scam, there's a monthly charge for the service, my sister had one years ago. This is a telemarketing call and a scam. I'm on the "Do not call list" for whatever that's worth.
