Yep, this is a Paypal-want-to-buy-your-car scammer. Do not even bother with a reply

Wants to pay through Paypal all expenses. Shipping across USA common carrier or large truck!
I told  IT I would deliver..... IT disappeared. I am reporting to proper authorities.
