It was a text message saying that I had won a $100 gift card and to call 1-877-830-6722. Upon calling, some Iraqi sand jockey tried to obtain a credit card number from me to charge a $4.00 processing and handling fee to send the gift card to me. I told him to just deduct it from the gift card. He replied that he couldn't do that. When I told him I didn't have a credit card, he then said that he couldn't send the gift card to me. My bet is that this is another scam, because the text came to my cell phone of which I very, very, very rarely give out.

This message was texted to me from 302-339-3786 (DE Area code) I called the 877 number and was informed I would receive a $100 dollar walmart gift card then he corrected himself and said it would be a $100. gift card and $150. gas credit for visiting a web site for the past 6 months and filling out a survey. When I asked which web site he could not give me that information. When I asked to speak to a manager he stated that there was noone available for a half hour. I informed him that the number he called was on the do not call list and would like the number removed. He called back from the following number 213-289-5573(CA Area code) to be sure he had the correct number to remove.
