Who called from 3023451416

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't pick it up so it went to voice mail. The message said "this is your last chance. The IRS will be taking legal action against you. Please call 302-345-1416 to discuss this matter". The IRS does not call, they use the good old US Postal service. Blocking this call on my cell and home phone just in case. The caller id was Wilmington Delaware.

Received the same call on my voice message indicating it was a final message from the IRS before legal action would be taken.  This is a scam.

Received an automated call informing me that The IRS will be taking legal action against you. Please call 302-345-1416 to discuss this matter".  I called the # back knowing this was a scam and the woman who answered the phone sounded like she was from India. The scary part about this is the connection was bad and she could not hear me, I could over hear all of the phone calls that were taking place in the background and they were scamming several people, informing them that they needed to pay $5000 by credit card to resolve this matter. I just want to make everyone aware of this.

Same message received on voice mail as above.  Blocked call.  The IRS NEVER calls and leaves a message!  How do these people get away with this?

I did not answer the call. They left a voice message stating that it was the IRS calling and I needed to call back right away because the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. SCAM !  The IRS does not operate this way.
