In my state (Washington) there are laws which prevent this type of harassment, and when a complaint is submitted to the Attorney General's Office, you can recover up to $500 PER CALL if it continues. Plus, the state will sue the pants off of them! I have had this repeated crap happen to me, too. So have compiled a ton of information from blogs, forums, etc., plus my own phone records and will be submitting on Monday. Complaining to the company listed above does NOTHING! They will say they are "not responsible" and merely own the line. Check in your state to see if you can sue them, or at least file a formal complaint.

I receive calls from this number constantly. The man calling never seems to realize that he's gotten a voicemail. He never leaves call back info.

today is the first time i got a call from this number it had rang several times and when i picked it up and said hello they hung up...
