This number called us on 2/10, 2/12, 2/13 at different times of the day. No message, just calls and hangups. Might even be construed as a possible burglar checking to see if anyone is at home.
I got a called from them also, put me on hold when I called them back. When they called me they left no message.
If you call them back, they put you on hold and never answer. So its gotta be a scam!

It is Delmarva Power, I called them back. Its about peak energy savings for this summer coming up. If you have central air and if you are a homeowner you qualify. So, its not a hoax. It is Delmarva Power.
Is there a way to notate on my account to NOT call me regarding promotions or programs? I work late at night and sleep in the mornings until 10 or 11 am. A telemarketer from Delmarva Power, calling from phone number 302-364-3115, called me FIVE times from 9:20am until 10:30am, waking me from a sound sleep. I answered the call the fifth time, only to have the person telling me about some summer energy saving program. I'm unhappy that my power company is telemarketing to me, and I'm unhappy that I was called multiple times within a short period of time. Traditional telemarketers are not allowed to do that BY LAW for a reason - it's harassing. Please notate my account that any programs Delmarva Power wants to tell me about should be communicated by mail. Thank you.
