Interesting.  I have noticed calls using my area code.  I pick up because I am active in some DE activities.

Caller:  Hello, this is Dan from (?).  How are you?
Me:       What is the name of your company?
Caller:   Dan from XACTCALL.  How are you?
Me:       Why are you calling me?
Caller:   I am following up with your interest in continuing your education.  You are still interested, aren't you?
Me:       I never contacted you about furthering my education.  Oh, I get it.  You are a solicitor disregarding the Do Not Call list.
Terminated the call and blocked the number.

I am going to have to restrain myself and let it go to vms.
