Yes I got a call from this number on 10/5/2015 around 6:02 pm and showed up as New Castle, DE. I blocked my number to see who it was and it said " you have reached a number that is no longer in service, please check the number and try again. So I just blocked the number on my house phone and have not had a call from this number anymore. Problem solved.
Apparently, they're starting up again. Got the call this date at 2:12 pm, ID showed this number and NONE. No message was left. Thanks for starting the page on this number.
I get these random calls all of the time from New Castle. Never know who they are and the next time they just another new number to call and bug me. No one seems to know which scam this is!
