I got a call from this number claiming to be a bill collector, he harrassesed me an claimed to be an attorney

claims to be a bill collector for discover. he keeps calling the wrong number

1.23.08 This person, a female at 1310 hours this date called, and has called on numerous occassions.
Very rude, foul language, possibly a bill collector.
Looking for someone who is not at my phone number.
I advised today and in the past when this person has called to cease and desisit.
Today she added she would continue to call at anytime she desired and would also contact our neighbors.
I am not involved in any form of collection, her issue is with someone else not at my number.

A google search comes up as a Thomas Deptula, 43 fairway Rd, Newark DE 19711.
Calls back to this number, line continues to ring and ring.
I am on the National Do Not Call List and this matter is now being referred to the courts in De and PA for legal action of harrassment and violation of the Federal Do Not Call List.

I just recieved a call form this number as well. I did not answer the call as I did not know the number. Thank you for the comments on this.
