Simm Associates. They called my work at 11:00am and I NEVER give my work number out as I am not the one who answers it. Somehow they got my work number, I told them I was not going to discuss this matter at the moment and she said "so your refusing to pay your debt, we will forward you to legal then"...To top it off when I got home there was another call from the and it said "I spoke to you at work today and I need a return phone call." Last I checked they can only speak to you one time each day and after that they are not allowed to call....I see harrassment!!!
I got a call from Kenny at Simms & Associates. Said they he needed to talk to me about a claim that was filed against me and that I needed him to call me back to discuss the matter. The caller ID was Kim Barks and the number was 302-368-2539. Kenny's return number was 866-572-8797 x2153.
Simms & Associates keeps on calling my cell phone. My minutes are already run out because they keeps on calling. I turn them in to my lawyer already. They must stop calling me because it will cost them money every time they call my phone. They keep changing their phone number they think that I do not know how to research them.
