They identify themselves as Bank of America and ask for my daughter....who is the only B of A customer in our home. Their site lists B of A as one of their "clients". Talked to 3 different B of A administrators, and was told that they definitely are not being officially represented by IC LLC. Ergo, they are a telemarketer. Their site lists a phone no. and e-mail. I've requested them to remove my phone no., and filed a complaint with the FTC.
