hi ....i rec'd the same messages from 2 diff #'s ......same as you
302-380-7523 & 610-675-0239
saying there are fraud chrgs against my ss # .......and they will send a summons to my place of work or home
and if i don't call, i forfeit my rights......I haven't answered them, obviously this is a scam.....
but i'm tired of the phone calls

I received a robot call yesterday stating that charges were going to be filed against me in my County. I find it kind of convenient that they could move from Pennsylvania yesterday to Delaware today.... especially after I blocked the first number.

I received a recorded call from this number indicating legal charges being brought against me.

They are now calling my house from a different number than before for someone that doesn't live here.  Same lady on the voice mail with the same message.    So how do you report them if they keep calling from different numbers?  They stopped when I told them the person didn't live here but now it's a different number again - ugh!

Are they always looking for "Betty M. Fadden" ? Same, calls from one number now another.
