its just a telemarketing number that autmatically calls numbers to see if you can receieve faxes. they really just want to bomb you with faxes. if theres a voice on the other end, chances are its just expecting you to hand over your credit card number. this number is all over the internet being reported by people, it called me too in california. i wouldnt worry. register with the 'do not call' registry with the ftc and it should stop in a month
