These people keep calling cell # and using my minutes that I have to pay for.  I have given them my home # and wish that if they have to call me use that # instead.

who owns this number, how did this number get my mobile number...

Just got a call from them as well, they didn't say anything when i picked up. I live in Minnesota BTW if that makes any difference, it is a Delaware area code.
