got random unsolicited call from this number, no message

same, calls me repeatedly in a day, no message.

3 times- no message

Told me I, or a family member, has registered for an online giveaway for a free home system and that I have won and then asks if I would like to schedule installation. Also said that my phone number was given to an online retailer such as Walmart or Lowes.

They're lying; if they were from a legit company, they'd tell you.  File a complaint with the FCC:
