they called offering to give me a quote on my printer toner if i would just give him the model #. when i started to tell him i never give out printer info, he hung up. the reason i never give out info is once they have the model they send overpriced toner and claim you, or someone in the office ordered it.
his hanging up on me only confirms my choice not to give out info.
