Who called from 3023946944

Just got called and it was from Delaware.

I just received a called and just like Daniel I could'nt hear anything for a few seconds and then a man said hello, then he hung up. I am from New York and this is not the first time they had called. Also  about 3 months ago two of my credit cards information was stolen.   I mean what the hell!
